Transformation Process
The transformation process involved a comprehensive approach, starting with a vibrant full wrap in their distinctive yellow hue. Reflective elements were seamlessly integrated, contributing to increased safety, especially during low-light conditions. The result was a fleet that not only exuded a recognizable identity but also prioritized road safety.
The workflow included the initial delivery of the vehicles to Zenith Graphics’ workshop for the meticulous execution of the wrap and branding elements. Subsequently, the cars were seamlessly transferred to BrySystems for additional conversion and final delivery.
Workflow
We recommend customers wash their cars before our service, but if not possible, we handle it. After drying overnight in a warm environment, we remove car extras like badges, door handles and use a surface cleaner to eliminate dust and small particles. Then, we segment the car wrap according to the shape of the car. Next we stretch the wrap and apply it to each part. Skilled wrappers ensure uniform application. Once complete, we reassemble the car, use a heat gun to eliminate bubbles from the wrap, and keep it indoors for 48 hours. This way, the wrap’s elastic memory is allowed to settle, and a final quality check is conducted before handing the vehicle to the customer.
