A visual collaboration: Alochem & Zenith Graphics

As part of Altrea Logistics, Alochem offers services for the storage, repackaging, blending, and temperature control of high-quality chemical liquids and powders. The company needed a robust, clear, and scalable solution to manage logistics processes and communicate critical information effectively. Zenith Graphics delivered clear visual tools that enhance both efficiency and safety across the 50,000 m² site.

Targeted signage for safe and efficient operations

Zenith Graphics developed and installed a range of custom-made components to support Alochem visually and functionally in its pursuit of operational efficiency and compliance:

  • Barcode Solutions
    • Scanning boards for bulk locations
    • Combination barcode labels for pallet racks:
      Each storage location was equipped with a scan board containing a unique code, allowing real-time tracking of inventory and faster product or pallet identification. This system streamlines warehouse operations and improves supply chain accuracy.

  • Safety Pictograms
    Strategically placed across the site to clearly display regulations and inform employees about hazard zones, procedures, and emergency measures.

  • Traffic Signs
    Custom-made signage to support on-site navigation for staff and transport vehicles, reducing congestion and improving overall safety.

Each visual element was tailored to the specific needs of the site. The barcode scanning boards are highly visible and easy to scan from a distance. These durable, location-specific signs help employees quickly identify storage zones, resulting in faster order picking and more accurate inventory management.

Weather-resistant traffic signs and standardized safety pictograms provide smooth, consistent signage throughout the site. They not only give the facility a professional appearance but also enhance operational efficiency and workplace safety.
