Your role

As Sales Manager Automotive Graphics Benelux, you are responsible for the commercial development of our activities in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. You will further develop existing customer relationships while actively seeking new business opportunities. You play a key role in strengthening our position in the automotive sector.

Your responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio
• Actively prospect and acquire new customers
• Identify customer needs and translate them into concrete projects
• Prepare and follow up on offers, negotiations, and contracts
• Coordinate projects in collaboration with design and development teams
• Follow up orders together with the Sales Project Coordinator
• Contribute to marketing and commercial strategy
• Prepare annual sales budgets and report on results
• Actively participate in internal sales and design meetings

Your Profile

• Strong commercial and strategic skills
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive sector
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Excellent command of Dutch, French and English, both spoken and written
• Proactive, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong listening skills and ability to translate customer needs into solutions
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
