Job description:
As Production & Planning Manager, you will be responsible for planning and organising productions and production processes. You lead a dynamic production team and help develop this team in cooperation with the team coach.
You are actively involved in the planning system to strive for optimal delivery times for all customers. This also enables you to communicate smoothly with colleagues in the sales department.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise production processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer orders and deadlines.
- Lead, motivate and coach the production team.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Budget management and cost control within the production department.
Profile:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or similar experience.
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes and quality standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with production planning software is a plus.
