• Lead and coach the Application Team, consisting of around 20 technicians (vehicle graphics and film applications).
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on all activities both on-site and in the workshop.
• Ensure that quality, safety, and deadlines are respected.
• Support technicians with technical questions or challenges.
• Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of processes and working methods.
• Foster a positive team spirit and maintain a safe, pleasant working environment.
• You have experience in a leadership or coordinating role, preferably within the sign, automotive, or technical sector.
• You have knowledge of, or an affinity with, the application of various films, vehicle graphics, or car wrapping.
• You are well-organized, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented.
• You know how to motivate and inspire people.
• You communicate easily with both your team and other departments.
• You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of French. Knowledge of English is a plus.
• You have a technical education or equivalent proven experience.
• You have experience in planning, quality control, and team management.
• Relevant experience within the sign or automotive industry is definitely an asset.
